Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter an agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.

Software, forecasts, and professional boundaries
Pareto provides software, estimates, scenario analysis, educational information, and workflow assistance. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong, are not guarantees, and are not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Consult qualified professionals before consequential decisions.

Connected services and user instructions
You authorize Pareto and its providers to access information and perform the limited actions you explicitly request. Third-party institutions and services have their own terms, availability, and risks. Analysis permission does not by itself authorize execution.

Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, introduce malicious code, scrape protected systems, impersonate others, or use Pareto for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

Ownership and user content
Pareto and its licensors retain rights in the software, models, design, and documentation. You retain rights in information you provide and grant the limited permission needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Financial markets, laws, taxes, data providers, and personal circumstances change. Pareto is not liable for decisions made solely from an estimate or for third-party service failures beyond its control.

Suspension, termination, and changes
You may stop using the service. Pareto may limit access to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse. Material term changes will be posted with an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.

Questions or formal notices may be submitted through Pareto’s private legal contact path. These terms are governed by applicable United States law, subject to non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
